Location Scout and Risk Assessment
Location #1 - 3C car collection (Surabaya, Indonesia)
Location Assessment | |
Purpose of the shoot: | To show off the capabilities of a Porsche 911 GT3 |
Media Language: | clean, no mess/trash in sight, good lighting (not much of natural lighting) |
Pros of Location: | easy access, cafe in the showroom for comfortability, lighting and environment is already set up for us, just cameras were needed |
Cons of Location | there were other people there (gets in the way of the camera), since there is a cafe nearby, taking pictures might be a problem if people around arent comfortable with a camera in their presence while they eat. |
RISK ASSESSMENT | |
Potential Hazards | - food spills (harmful to us, we could trip over it) - food spills (harmful to the equipment, food/drinks could accidentally touch the camera) - people bumping into us (we could fall and potentially injure ourselves, the equipment or even the cars on display) |
Evaluate Risks | - there were kids around, so food spills were very likely to happen, espeically when said kids ran around the cafe looking at the cars whilst eating - a lot of people came to take pictures and it wasnt just us, since it was pretty crowded the chances of getting bumped into increases. |
