Location Scout and Risk Assessment

 Location #1  - 3C car collection (Surabaya, Indonesia)

Location Assessment
Purpose of the shoot:	To show off the capabilities of a Porsche 911 GT3
Media Language:	clean, no mess/trash in sight, good lighting (not much of natural lighting)
Pros of Location:	easy access, cafe in the showroom for comfortability, lighting and environment is already set up for us, just cameras were needed
Cons of Location	there were other people there (gets in the way of the camera), since there is a cafe nearby, taking pictures might be a problem if people around arent comfortable with a camera in their presence while they eat.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Potential Hazards	- food spills (harmful to us, we could trip over it) - food spills (harmful to the equipment, food/drinks could accidentally touch the camera) - people bumping into us (we could fall and potentially injure ourselves, the equipment or even the cars on display)
Evaluate Risks	- there were kids around, so food spills were very likely to happen, espeically when said kids ran around the cafe looking at the cars whilst eating - a lot of people came to take pictures and it wasnt just us, since it was pretty crowded the chances of getting bumped into increases.
